Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of QPoint. By creating an account, joining a loyalty program, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use QPoint for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you are under the age required to consent on your own, a parent or legal guardian must act for you.

• Configure and describe your loyalty program accurately.
• Honor valid points, stamps, and rewards according to your published program rules.
• Use customer data only for lawful, disclosed purposes and respect customer rights.
• Manage staff access and remove access when it is no longer appropriate.
• Comply with consumer, tax, advertising, privacy, and other laws that apply to you.

Loyalty points, stamps, and rewards are promotional benefits offered by the participating merchant. Unless the merchant expressly states otherwise, they are not cash, cannot be transferred, and have no monetary value outside that merchant’s program. The merchant is responsible for its offer terms, fulfillment, returns, and customer service.

Paid merchant features are billed at the price and interval shown before purchase. You authorize applicable charges when you confirm a subscription. Taxes may apply. Any renewal, cancellation, trial, or refund terms shown at checkout or in a written order form become part of these terms.

You may not use QPoint to:

• Break the law, mislead people, or infringe another person’s rights.
• Access accounts or data without permission.
• Manipulate loyalty balances, automate abusive traffic, or bypass security controls.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the availability of the service.
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as law permits.

QPoint and its software, design, branding, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active and you comply with these terms. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us the rights needed to host, display, and process it to provide the service.

QPoint may work with services such as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Those services are governed by their providers’ terms and may change independently of QPoint. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We may update, maintain, or discontinue parts of the service. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address an unpaid account. You may stop using QPoint at any time, subject to any active subscription or written agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, QPoint is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. QPoint is not the merchant offering a customer reward. Our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law; nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when required. For questions, use the support channel in your account or visit our contact section.
